As we advance our operations, we are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Chief Cybersecurity Solutions Officer (CCSO) to lead the expansion and widespread adoption of our innovative cybersecurity engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cybersecurity Leadership and Roadmap Development: Spearhead and utilize expertise in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, cloud security, threat hunting, and threat detection. Address client challenges while remaining updated on research, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Shape the cybersecurity solutions roadmap by assessing the applications of emerging technologies and their implications for partnerships, pricing, and strategic planning. Promote a unified vision and advocate for customer perspectives throughout all phases of development, delivery, and deployment.
2. Cybersecurity Engineering Services Growth and Adoption: Propel the growth and adoption of cybersecurity engineering services by increasing penetration of existing solutions within current markets and extending offerings to enterprise clients. Deliver skilled engineering resources and tailored solutions. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to align revenue generation initiatives and customer satisfaction objectives. Ensure the viability and desirability of security services through the application of cybersecurity expertise and industry insights. Develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including service offerings, tools, key players, and emerging trends. Engage closely with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and amplify the customer voice.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as a principal contact for new clients, working alongside the CRO and CTO to deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate terms, and align revenue goals with client expectations. Cultivate and maintain long-lasting client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Represent the customer's voice, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
