YOUR MISSION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

True Anomaly is in search of a highly experienced Chief Engineer, Host Vehicle to spearhead the technical execution of an innovative missile defense initiative. This is an extraordinary opportunity to design solutions for some of the most demanding mission objectives in missile defense, as well as aerospace engineering at large. You will act as the principal technical authority for the host vehicle, responsible for engineering performance, risk management, and system integration. You will lead interdisciplinary teams through design, development, analysis, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring that vehicle architecture, requirements, and design choices align with overarching system objectives and mission success criteria. It is essential to balance rigor and analysis depth with the maturity and risk profile of the program. Ultimately, you will drive design and technical readiness reviews, manage the technical baseline, and ensure design assurance.
