- Continuously monitor key performance indicators to evaluate team effectiveness, product reliability, and technical outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of seasoned engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and technical excellence.
- Build a high-performing engineering organization, recognizing and nurturing talent through exemplary feedback and hands-on leadership.
- Ensure the implementation of the right tools, processes, and systems for the swift diagnosis, debugging, and resolution of real-time production issues.
