What to Expect:
As the CTO, you will bear overall responsibility for the technological direction of Nomios Germany. You will blend strategic foresight with operational excellence, serving as both an internal sparring partner and an external representative of our technological prowess.
You will navigate confidently through leading security ecosystems such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, or comparable providers.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop, define, and continuously enhance our technical strategy.
Build, lead, and further develop technical teams (Engineering, Consulting, Security).
Actively contribute to the company’s development in close collaboration with management.
Provide technical consulting and positioning to clients, partners, and manufacturers.
Represent our technological vision in the market (e.g., during client meetings, events, manufacturer workshops).
Ensure high-quality standards in the architecture, implementation, and operation of security solutions.
Establish scalable structures and processes within a growing organization.
