Civil and Structural Package Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the coordination of Civil and Structural work packages. Manage Site Quality Assurance in collaboration with the project team. Coordinate Project Schedules alongside Planners, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects. Direct all daily site operations. Monitor sub-contractor activities, ensuring progress aligns with schedules and manpower levels, facilitating weekly meetings. Maintain and file all sub-contractor documentation, including safety records, for future reference. Participate in Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Coordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings. Collaborate with the design team and project coordinator to prioritize and disseminate necessary information in line with the construction schedule. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to methodically resolve design and development challenges. Prepare and issue reports to the project team. Conduct weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are documented and costs communicated to the client. Review and assess drawings and setting-out details. Ensure builders’ works drawings for services are integrated as required. Distribute and resolve CSA snags efficiently. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a must. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the CSA industry. A proven track record of managing specific CSA packages is essential. The ability to maintain a comprehensive view of entire projects while addressing detailed technicalities. Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing is required. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams is essential. Experience in delivering large-scale projects is preferred.
