Qualifications and Requirements:Demonstrated experience as a construction foreman, preferably within the civil construction sector. Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Thorough understanding of equipment operations in construction environments. Strong numeracy, record-keeping, and technology skills. Capability to read and interpret plans, grade stakes, and operate laser levels. Proficient in managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Advanced knowledge of landscaping principles including grading, planting, and hardscaping. Valid driver’s license is required.
