Job Overview

In this role as a Civil Design Manager, you will lead our multidisciplinary design services across various projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development, as well as industrial, sports, and educational site developments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance and control, conducting senior-level design reviews, and participating in client meetings. You will manage technical aspects of projects and direct project staff, with potential travel to job sites across diverse terrains and weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects and coordinate with all involved disciplines.
  • Plan and supervise the quality review process for project deliverables.
  • Serve as a consultative resource for clients to resolve project challenges.
  • Enhance and expand subject matter expertise in specific design areas.
  • Provide senior-level design reviews and act as a resource for technical queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of project studies through drawing completion, sketching, or data acquisition.
  • Promote efficiency in delivering quality work.
  • Supervise and review assignments for junior staff.
