We are currently looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Jackson, TN office. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in design and project management, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions.
- Oversee project management and engineering design for civil engineering initiatives.
- Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, and coordination of construction drawings.
- Coordinate project teams to ensure design intent is captured in construction documentation and during construction administration.
- Engage with clients, regulators, and agencies to foster strong professional relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, financial data, client communications, and project schedules.
- Ensure the accuracy of technical documents through Quality Assurance reviews at various project stages.
- Exhibit proven leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Contribute to planning, cost management, and scheduling for assigned projects.
- Participate in marketing and business development efforts, including the development of project proposals and providing technical expertise.
