Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Professional registration (P. E., L. S., etc.) in relevant states preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on residential subdivision design.4+ years of project management experience in civil engineering is highly desirable. Experience in the Triad land development market is strongly preferred. Proficient in project accounting, with the ability to manage multiple projects' schedules and budgets effectively. Demonstrated experience in marketing and overseeing technical work. Familiarity with essential technical and office software required for the role. Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in project tasks. A collaborative spirit and commitment to meeting critical deadlines.

  • Assist in formulating engineering and construction cost estimates.
