Position Overview: The Civil Foreman is responsible for overseeing on-site general construction activities at wireless cell tower sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct general construction activities on wireless cell tower sites, including site layout, foundation work, grounding, conduit installation, fiber laying, landscaping, and electrical setups as needed.
• Lead the project crew from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Prepare for construction by reviewing documentation, assembling necessary materials, and determining the appropriate installation methods.
• Oversee on-site inventory management and material supplies, replenishing as necessary.
• Conduct sweeping and PIM testing on all coaxial lines and fiber according to customer specifications.
• Gather, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation by the designated deadlines.
• Identify areas for staff improvement and recommend training to management as needed.
