This hands-on role manages a team of about eight field service technicians and engineers, supporting two to six active customer sites. Responsibilities span both direct field work and team oversight, with a focus on start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IEM products. Supervisory responsibilities Guide, direct, and coach field service technicians daily. Provide mentorship and technical support to the team. Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation for each site. Report product or quality issues to management and work with production and engineering teams to address them.
