POSITION SUMMARY: As a Claims Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by effectively managing claims processing, evaluation, and resolution. You will foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to mitigate their risks. This position involves supporting Claims Advocates in servicing and managing a diverse portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts.
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA, Carmel, IN, Mount Laurel, NJ. This position requires a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office.
