We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Technical Program Manager to contribute to our most confidential programs. In this pivotal role, you will help build and sustain critical classified infrastructures, collaborating with some of the brightest engineers and cybersecurity experts in the field. Your work will directly support national security missions across the globe, offering you invaluable experience in navigating complex cybersecurity regulations.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee programs designed to enhance the capability, maturity, and adoption of Anduril’s comprehensive suite of products. This diverse array of programs will require you to be highly organized and adaptable to shifting circumstances. You will have the opportunity to shape product vision, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and lead a talented team of engineers to achieve impactful results.

AIS is dedicated to establishing Anduril as a premier provider of specialized engineering solutions and products for Intelligence Community (IC) clients. We actively engage with the IC to comprehend their requirements, refine operational concepts, and deliver exceptional capabilities tailored to address their most critical national security challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
- Steer cross-departmental projects and programs from initiation to conclusion, effectively prioritizing and balancing competing organizational demands.
- Outline the strategic roadmap for infrastructure, security, and software support tailored to our classified programs and systems.
- Identify and cultivate new internal processes and strategies to enhance synergy among cross-functional teams.
- Lead a high-performing, senior-level team that spans across diverse disciplines.
