Your Future Role at Primagaz
Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, the Client Advisor in Sales Administration is central to the relationship between the company and its customers. You will manage customer contracts and ensure the smooth functioning of the sales cycle, overseeing order receipt, processing, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of contractual documentation.
- Notify signatories of any non-compliance and follow up on resolution for documentation registration.
- Integrate contractual documentation into the ERP system.
- Record entries to trigger contract items (cost orders, credit orders, guaranteed prices, SEPA, entry of opening readings, etc.).
