Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:• Strong desire to grow within the Financial Services Industry, with opportunities to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7) Exam, and Uniform Securities State Law Exam (Series 66 [or Series 63/65]).• High school diploma is required; post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is preferred.• Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn and utilize innovative tools to enhance the client experience.• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside adept problem-solving abilities.• Keen attention to detail and accuracy, including the capability to perform semi-advanced mathematical calculations.• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
