Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Client Executive to join our Cytora account management team in the UK. You will collaborate with colleagues who appreciate diverse viewpoints, encourage innovative thinking, and unite towards common objectives. This position presents an opportunity to tackle significant challenges, contribute to state-of-the-art AI solutions, and thrive in a culture that recognizes both individual and collective achievements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of strategic carrier and broker accounts, serving as the main point of contact post-sale.
Gain a thorough understanding of each client's underwriting and claims processes to identify integration points for Cytora; drive platform adoption by demonstrating its daily operational value.
Monitor adoption rates and contract usage against established targets; identify shortfalls and implement strategies to enhance utilization.
Expand client relationships by fostering connections with senior stakeholders and project teams across underwriting, operations, and IT.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to ensure strategic alignment, showcase delivered value, and collaborate on future partnership growth plans. Proactively identify risks related to competition and attrition, formulating recovery strategies as needed.
Develop case studies and reference materials highlighting successful outcomes; collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify these successes.
Engage with senior stakeholders (CUO, CIO, UW Ops, IT) through tailored platform demonstrations, articulating LLMs, data flows, and APIs in relatable terms that connect to underwriting and operational benefits.
Travel as necessary for on-site workshops, enablement sessions, QBRs, and executive meetings.
