About the Role
We are seeking a Resolutions Specialist within our Client Experience team. This client-facing role involves managing inbound and outbound communications with homeowners and handling overflow calls from our Client Engagement Team. The Resolutions Specialist is crucial in ensuring our homeowners receive top-notch service while meeting essential contact center metrics. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong de-escalation skills, and can adapt to various business needs within Client Experience.
