Overview
TripleLift is on the lookout for a meticulous and client-oriented Trading Specialist to facilitate the successful activation and ongoing management of our advertising partnerships. As a pivotal member of our Demand team, you will act as the main technical operational liaison for our clients, ensuring campaigns are correctly configured, tags are thoroughly QA'd, performance is diligently tracked, and any issues are swiftly addressed.
This position involves direct client interaction and requires a blend of technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with advertisers, agencies, and trading desks to troubleshoot challenges, confirm campaign specifics, and ensure smooth activations that yield outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, fostering robust relationships with their operational and technical teams.
- Deliver consultative activation support for advertisers and agency partners across all TripleLift formats within integrated DSPs.
- Oversee live campaigns to guarantee successful delivery while proactively identifying risks or optimization opportunities.
- Take ownership of end-to-end troubleshooting for campaign-related issues, including performance metrics, delivery timelines, pacing, and tracking accuracy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to technical, operational, and product matters.
- Collaborate internally with product and engineering teams to enhance service delivery.
