At Intersect, we are a collective of passionate individuals united by our commitment to safeguarding our planet for generations to come through pioneering energy solutions and cutting-edge infrastructure. In December 2025, we were excited to announce that Google has reached an agreement to acquire Intersect, which will enable us to expedite the launch of additional data centers and generation capacity while propelling energy development and innovation. Post-acquisition, we will persist in our mission to design, build, and manage the most ambitious power and data infrastructure in the nation. Location & Team Engagements Since our inception in 2016, Intersect has fostered a fully flexible work environment. We have deliberately crafted our work culture to be inclusive of remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements, prioritizing deep social connections and shared experiences. Our team gathers for Team Week events four times a year and at our Hub locations, which include the SF Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, Denver, Austin, Calgary, and Toronto. We are currently seeking candidates who reside within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to enhance in-person connections while upholding our flexible remote culture.
