You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, influencing our go-to-market strategies, tools, and product development with invaluable customer insights. Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and expansion. You will generate over 90% of your pipeline through strategic outreach and identifying intent signals, positioning MAI as the growth catalyst for eCommerce brands.
  • Become a subject matter expert in performance marketing and AI solutions. Through MAI’s product training and Google Ads certifications, you will gain a deep understanding of how AI enhances campaign performance, budget management, and return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, comprehending their growth and profitability perspectives and guiding them in their transition from agency reliance to AI-powered marketing.
  • Collaborate across various teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to relay client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and co-develop scalable go-to-market processes.
  • Maintain high standards in CRM practices, documenting insights, activities, and performance metrics to continually refine targeting and efficiency.
