Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Client Partner to oversee and expand our existing client portfolio in the West Coast market of the USA. This role necessitates a robust technical background to effectively engage with our clients in San Francisco. You will manage a varied client portfolio across multiple industries and maturity levels, ensuring client satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. In your capacity as a Client Partner, you will play an essential role in both the retention and growth of existing accounts while supporting the enhancement of our offerings and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring client needs are met while building and strengthening trust.
- Proven experience in expanding a portfolio through upselling and cross-selling, including pinpointing new opportunities.
- Formulating account-specific strategies and growth plans based on data and market insights, identifying avenues for strategic expansion.
- Proactively managing potential account risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Creating and implementing structured client engagement plans.
