Key Responsibilities:Program Management:Develop, implement, and manage program initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Oversee multiple projects and teams within strategic client programs to ensure that all goals are met or exceeded. Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and work plans. Monitor program performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Provide comprehensive management reporting and status updates to stakeholders. Client Success:Serve as the primary liaison for strategic clients, nurturing relationships and identifying additional stakeholders. Conduct regular Success Planning and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) sessions to demonstrate value and outline next steps. Act as a trusted advisor concerning product functionality, best practices, and program recommendations. Drive the adoption and expansion of Avetta’s platform through proactive engagement and training.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based in New South Wales, Australia, with a preference for candidates who can commute to either Avetta's Sydney office (Level 35 Tower One Barangaroo, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW 2000) or the Newcastle office (426 King Street, Newcastle, NSW 2302). The position follows a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.

The position involves guiding client success initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and building strong client relationships to ensure maximum value and impact.
