Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based in New South Wales, Australia, with a preference for candidates who can commute to either Avetta's Sydney office (Level 35 Tower One Barangaroo, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW 2000) or the Newcastle office (426 King Street, Newcastle, NSW 2302). The position follows a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.

The Client Program Manager leads strategic and high-value client accounts. This role manages the delivery of large-scale SaaS client programs, focusing on adoption, retention, and growth. The position involves guiding client success initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and building strong client relationships to ensure maximum value and impact.
