This position is part-time (20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday), with an hourly pay range of $20–$25.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Client Success Representative, you will serve as the initial touchpoint for real estate agents interested in commission advances. You will assist clients through the application and onboarding journey, ensure they submit accurate documentation, and prepare files for review and approval.
This role emphasizes pre-approval support, ensuring agents comprehend requirements, aiding them in completing applications, and verifying that all information is precise and ready for evaluation. You will also follow up with agents who have initiated but not finalized an application, addressing their inquiries and maintaining a swift, friendly line of communication throughout.
This role is characterized by a fast-paced, communication-intensive environment requiring strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and exceptional client service abilities.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Engage with potential clients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Guide agents through the application and documentation submission process
• Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy
• Identify early obstacles (missing forms, ambiguous dates, inconsistent data)
• Follow up with agents who have not completed their applications
• Prepare clean and accurate files for the approval review process
• Maintain a rapid response time to inbound queries to ensure an outstanding client experience
• Educate clients on next steps, documentation needs, and timelines
• Update Salesforce with client information, document statuses, and application progression
• Coordinate with internal operations as files progress toward approval
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely movement toward a decision
