The Client Services Manager (CSM) is integral to managing the complete account lifecycle, from preparation to follow-up after summits. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling calls, ensuring quality control, supporting training for new account managers, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for senior leadership. You will ensure that all client interactions meet our high standards and that internal teams remain synchronized.

This is an in-person position based in our Nicosia office.
