Role Overview:

As a Client Success Agent, you will be instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction and driving retention and revenue growth. Providing phone-based support, you will resolve product and platform issues and address account and billing queries from the comfort of your home. Your strong communication skills and customer-centric approach will be pivotal in collaborating empathetically with TCP's customers to resolve their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize TCP’s tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) to facilitate daily operations.
  • Escalate and direct issues to appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Document, review, and follow up on customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Conduct investigations and research to deliver precise solutions.
  • Update and maintain customer records during interactions.
  • Meet KPIs related to client interaction time, call quality, and occupancy.
  • Address inquiries regarding collections and billing, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and execute billing adjustments.
  • Manage service cancellations while implementing retention strategies and resolutions.
  • Undergo cancellations training and apply retention strategies as part of everyday duties.
