Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of up to 150 strategically important Array+ clients. Develop and deliver effective messaging to clients on how to optimize the value of Array+ for their users. Collaborate with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to communicate the results of product experimentation and enhancements to clients. Provide timely updates to clients about changes and improvements to the Array+ product. Work in partnership with the Deployment and Support teams to onboard new clients seamlessly and ensure outstanding customer service. Lead renewal discussions and negotiations with Array+ clients. Collect and document client feedback to share with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead and Product team. Track and own growth metrics related to Array+ revenue and active user engagement. Adopt AI tools as a standard practice to enhance productivity and efficiency in your work. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in a similar Client Success Manager position, ideally within a high-growth tech startup or financial institution. Proven track record of managing a large client portfolio and driving revenue and user growth. Strong stakeholder management skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the organization. Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs. Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices. Experience with a freemium to premium business model is a significant advantage. A proactive attitude towards leveraging AI in day-to-day operations.

In the role of Client Success Manager at Array+, you will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Account Management, Deployment, Support, and Product. You will report directly to the Director of Client Success.
