About The Role:
Having launched our Life Sciences division last year, we are forging direct partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers to enhance patient access, expedite therapy adoption, and dismantle barriers to necessary medications.
We are in search of seasoned industry professionals eager to redefine the operations of pharmaceutical access programs. As a Client Success Manager - Life Sciences, you will oversee and cultivate partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers utilizing our platform.
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary steward of pharmaceutical client programs on the Develop Health platform, tasked with ensuring program success, fostering robust relationships with manufacturers, and facilitating clients in achieving their patient access goals.
Your collaboration with pharmaceutical stakeholders, including brand, patient services, and market access teams, will be crucial to ensuring effective program operations, delivering measurable value, and aligning with the brand's commercialization objectives.
This position integrates client leadership, analytics, program management, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with teams across product, operations, data, engineering, and sales to drive successful outcomes for clients and patients.
Reporting to the Head of Life Sciences, this role requires up to 35% travel and operates in a hybrid model, with an expectation to be on-site in Menlo Park three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
