GBG operates globally and maintains a strong presence throughout the APAC region.
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients in China, helping them maximize the value of GBG’s solutions. This role manages relationships, drives account growth, and supports new business initiatives. The position reports to the APAC Sales Director based in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities
- Renew and expand the client account portfolio.
- Deliver clear reporting and forecasting on account risks and growth opportunities.
- Support Business Development Managers with new business efforts.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary contact and advisor for a portfolio of clients in China.
- Conduct regular account reviews and service evaluations to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Manage the renewal process: track contract timelines, identify risks, align stakeholders, and secure timely renewals.
- Spot and pursue growth opportunities within accounts through upsell, cross-sell, or expanded use cases, using tailored account plans.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Delivery teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, and meet service commitments.
- Keep accurate records of account health, forecasts, and renewal or growth pipelines in the CRM. Provide detailed reporting and action plans as needed.
- Assist with new business development and, when required, manage part of the sales pipeline.
