About the job

As a Client Success Partner (CSP) in our Enterprise team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our key clients through their digital training strategies using the innovative 360Learning platform.

Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with HR executives, including CHROs, Chief Learning Officers, and Digital Learning Managers, to enhance the usage, adoption, and effectiveness of our solutions.

Given the intricate nature of our Enterprise clients, you will serve as a vital facilitator to secure client renewals by:

- Coordinating various resources from 360Learning (technical, pedagogical, etc.)
- Empowering clients with the enterprise positioning and vision that our solution offers

Ultimately, your efforts will ensure the renewal or acquisition of contracts for the accounts within your portfolio.
