Key ResponsibilitiesClient RetentionManage a portfolio of strategic accounts, tracking engagement and health metrics at scale. Implement adoption campaigns and proactive communication strategies to minimize churn. Detect at-risk accounts and deploy mitigation strategies utilizing standardized methodologies. Revenue ExpansionSpot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through scalable initiatives. Collaborate closely with Rates and Product teams to drive expansion efforts. Client-Focused CollaborationWork alongside internal teams to ensure consistent account management practices. Act as a point of escalation for junior Client Success Partners regarding client matters. Portfolio Management & ReportingMonitor and analyze client engagement and adoption metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Role overview

The Client Success Partner manages a large group of strategic accounts, focusing on retaining clients and increasing engagement. This position requires practical strategies that can scale, as well as a strong background in account management. The role involves driving adoption of SpotOn’s solutions, identifying and addressing accounts at risk, and supporting operational improvements for clients.
