The Client Support Administrator will play a crucial role in managing a dedicated client relationship, potentially with a bank or a similar third party. This position involves effective communication between the client and internal departments, ensuring timely access to necessary information.
Key responsibilities include processing data feeds, generating reports, and maintaining data accuracy while regularly analyzing and reconciling account information.
The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and demonstrate prior administrative experience. We are seeking a self-driven individual with exceptional communication abilities and a proactive approach. A commitment to accuracy and a team-oriented mindset, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, are essential.
The starting salary for this role is £17,500, with potential growth to £21,500 as you demonstrate your skills and competency. Following a successful probationary period, your salary will increase to £18,500, with biannual salary reviews in June and November.
Additionally, there is an opportunity for variable pay, up to 14% of your annual salary, awarded quarterly based on the achievement of monthly KPIs and targets.
