THE WORK:

Ripple Treasury, formerly known as GTreasury, is a trailblazer in integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasury space. Our state-of-the-art technology equips organizations with comprehensive access to cash, liquidity, payments, and financial risk management.

We are looking for a Client Support Analyst to be a vital part of our expanding global team. As the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our treasury management platform, you will be instrumental in addressing queries, solving challenges, and ensuring seamless operations.

You will collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to provide prompt and insightful solutions, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey. This role offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience with how leading global institutions manage their treasury and financial risks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as the first line of support for our clients, establishing trust and reliability.
  • Take ownership of issues from start to finish: troubleshoot, communicate effectively, and deliver swift, high-quality solutions that foster trust and long-term relationships.
  • Prioritize incoming requests to meet service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high quality, adjusting as needed during busy periods.
  • Engage directly with the underlying systems—investigating payment formats, extracts, connectivity (inbound/outbound), and Alliance Lite 2 to identify and resolve issues.
  • Work cross-departmentally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering to tackle complex challenges and ensure client progress.
  • Escalate issues as necessary, providing clear, well-documented context to facilitate swift action from Development.
  • Identify patterns in client concerns and transform them into actionable insights that enhance our product, processes, and overall client experience.
