As we innovate our approach to reconciling and accounting for client funds, this position is pivotal in enhancing our internal ledger and supporting our growth trajectory.This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in managing money movement logic, handling large datasets, and resolving complex systems challenges. You will engage in hands-on execution while also contributing to the development of future client funds reconciliation processes at Wrapbook, including exploring AI-assisted methodologies as we scale.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of daily cash reconciliations of client funds within Wrapbook’s internal ledger and payment systems.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations within a fast-paced transaction environment.Identify, document, and manually record any missing or incomplete money movements through journal entries.Develop an in-depth understanding of end-to-end money movement processes across Wrapbook’s systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Data, Client Operations, and Corporate Accounting teams.Enhance visibility and confidence in client fund balances through improved reporting and insights.
