This role requires a regular on-site presence in Neuchâtel, alongside frequent visits to our clinical partners throughout Switzerland.
Role Overview
As the Clinical Data Manager, you will oversee and enhance the clinical data workflows integral to Hilo’s clinical studies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate data capture, processing, and maintenance across various systems, ranging from EDC setup and data cleaning to study monitoring and reporting. You will serve as a vital link between clinical sites, internal teams, and data systems, ensuring that data flows seamlessly to support high-quality study outcomes.
This hybrid role entails 2–3 days a week on-site in our Neuchâtel office, including regular visits to clinical partners primarily located in Lausanne. You will be actively involved in building and maintaining EDC structures, validating and processing data, and troubleshooting issues with clinical sites. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between clinical operations and technical data work to ensure smooth operations.
Your key deliverables will include reliable, high-quality clinical data and well-executed data processes that facilitate accurate analysis and successful study execution.
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Data Management & EDC
- Design, implement, and maintain clinical databases within EDC systems, aligning with study protocols and regulations.
- Prepare and structure clinical datasets to facilitate analysis and reporting.
Data Quality & Processing
- Conduct ongoing data monitoring and cleaning to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist in generating study reports and visualizations for internal teams and investigators.
Study Tracking & Coordination
- Monitor the progress of clinical studies and track data collection milestones across ongoing studies.
