Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering modern cloud infrastructures with a strong emphasis on automation and CI/CD pipelines in MS Azure. Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking (VNets, VPNs, ExpressRoute), and Azure DNS is essential. A solid working knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools, including Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps, is required. Experience with Linux administration is essential, while knowledge of Windows Server is advantageous. Comfort with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Application Insights is a plus. Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and system management are essential. You should also have a practical understanding of Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Excellent networking knowledge including firewalls, VPNs, routing, and packet inspection is necessary. A proactive mindset and readiness to continuously learn new skills and adapt to emerging technologies within the Azure ecosystem are crucial.

Join our team as a Cloud Engineer where you will play a crucial role in designing architecture documents, operational handbooks, and runbooks to ensure operational transparency and team alignment. You will develop and automate standard operating procedures for common failure scenarios and manual tasks, contributing to the continuous enhancement of best practices in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation and cloud operations. Collaborate within scrum teams alongside architects and product managers to deploy and support new infrastructure and operational requirements on Microsoft Azure.
Your responsibilities will include building, managing, and maintaining production systems using key Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure DNS, utilizing IaC tools like Terraform and Bicep. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinating with necessary resources for efficient incident resolution while minimizing business impact.
Leverage your extensive Azure expertise to plan and lead the deployment of secure and reliable cloud solutions using automated pipelines and best practices. Create proof of concept implementations to showcase solutions and share technical insights with your team. Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing and collective success.
Apply your understanding of ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Work on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to enable automated deployments, testing, and continuous delivery. Collaborate with architects and application engineers to ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards for high availability and disaster recovery.
