Key Engineering Challenges at Teads
- Operating in a high-traffic environment (2.2 billion users monthly, 100 billion events daily) while ensuring low latency and high availability (2 million requests per second with response times under 150 milliseconds).
- Leveraging a rich and diverse technology stack and system architecture optimized for performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency, predominantly using Java, Scala, Golang, Python, and TypeScript.
- Managing large datasets with millisecond access time to compute near real-time complex auction resolution algorithms (18 million predictions per second).
