Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with stellar communication skills, a desire to learn, and a proven track record in exceptional customer service. Engage in a variety of challenging IT environments to rapidly enhance your IT and communication skills.
Your Role
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be proficient in either AWS or Azure. Your responsibilities will include onsite implementation of various AWS/Azure services based on system infrastructure designs, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and collaborating with vendors and customers to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing system infrastructure architecture utilizing AWS/Azure native services.
- Implementing infrastructure solutions within cloud environments using AWS/Azure.
- Monitoring and tracking the provisioning status of each AWS/Azure service.
- Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues during both implementation and maintenance phases.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure and their associated components.
