The Role
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be adept at troubleshooting server and database technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and monitor our clients' Neo4j database environments, ensuring optimal application performance and infrastructure availability. This position is crucial in guaranteeing that our customers can successfully deploy and manage Neo4j in their production environments. It is ideal for a technically skilled individual who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys direct collaboration with clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the On-Call rotation as a member of the Cloud Managed Services team, addressing incidents that affect Neo4j cloud infrastructure availability to support customer requests effectively.
- Collaborate with the Cloud Managed Services Team during business hours and occasionally during off-hours, managing and supporting the Neo4j database infrastructure for our clients while resolving escalations related to cloud-hosted environments.
