As a Cloud Support Engineer at Thought Machine, you will engage in a multifaceted technical role that transcends standard incident response. In this capacity, you will be responsible for enhancing our global support delivery for both our hosted SaaS product and bank-hosted Vault deployments. You will tackle our most intricate technical challenges and contribute to the development of tools and processes, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams to drive continuous platform improvement.
Your expertise in cloud-native systems and distributed architecture will position you as a domain expert in Vault Core. This highly visible role demands your technical acumen, leadership, and strategic problem-solving capabilities to directly influence client outcomes and enhance platform quality.
