Key Responsibilities:Provide specialized technical support for our Business Intelligence product range and cloud platform. Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners through high-quality interactions during project development and system maintenance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers utilizing our product suite. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal development teams to communicate issues and enhancements. Prioritize and relay product defects and enhancement requests to development teams. Contribute to our knowledge base by creating customer-oriented documentation and technical solutions. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science). Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT customer support or technical support roles. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, multitask, meet deadlines, and handle competing demands under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic understanding of Windows and Linux system administration. Familiarity with technologies such as Python, REST API, Java, SQL, HTML, or XML/XSL. Possession of Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
