The Cloud Support Operations Engineer II is pivotal in maintaining the security, stability, and performance of our cloud environments. This role emphasizes the maintenance, upgrades, and automation of cloud infrastructure to foster robust and scalable operations, directly influencing platform reliability and developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide customer support during specified hours of 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT customer service or a customer support role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in troubleshooting or administering the MicroStrategy Platform.
  • Proficient in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, Jenkins, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with operating systems like RedHat, Amazon Linux, and Windows.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to mentor others on technical subjects.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Pune office five days a week.
