Design and implement HRIS workflows to streamline and automate HR processes. Coordinate new feature rollouts, system enhancements, and process improvements within vendor platforms to support organizational growth and efficiency. Maintain and update the OSHA 300 injury and illness log as required. Collaborate with operations on incident reporting, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Ensure the OSHA 300A annual summary is posted and removed according to regulatory deadlines, and that records are maintained per OSHA guidelines. Verify that all physical locations comply with federal and state labor law posting requirements. Maintain accessible electronic notice distribution for remote employees in all applicable states.
