Required Skills and Experience:3-7 years of experience in manual machining and CNC setup with a focus on conversational programming. Proficiency with Master CAM software is preferred. Strong work ethic, team collaboration, and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to read and understand complex machine and component drawings. Strong English language skills for effective communication and understanding of instructions. Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently. Experience in training others is a plus. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Join our team as a CNC Machinist on the 1st shift, where you will play a crucial role in producing precision machined parts. You will set up and operate advanced computer numerical control (CNC) machines while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate Fanuc & HAAS CNC milling centers utilizing Master CAM software.
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements of workpieces.
  • Execute machining tasks with precision, using gauges and inspection tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of setups and operations through written descriptions, sketches, and photographs.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior operators and apprentices.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed to support production goals.
