Role Overview The Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ, supports customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, and resolving issues. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Customer Service Department. Process quotes and orders received by phone, fax, and email, meeting established cut-off times. Enter orders from multiple channels to ensure production accuracy.
