In today's commerce landscape, reverse logistics , encompassing all processes post-sale , has emerged as one of the most significant and least managed cost centers. High-volume workflows such as returns, warranties, exchanges, and recoveries are often handled through disparate tools, spreadsheets, and subjective decision-making.
Operations, finance, and customer service teams invest substantial resources into enforcing policies, tracking evidence, managing returns, and reconciling results , frequently lacking visibility into lost value or the timeline for cash recovery. This inefficiency leads to margin erosion, protracted cycle times, and increasing operational burdens in a scaling workflow.
