About the job
FutureSight seeks a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the launch of an AI-powered content intelligence and publishing platform. This is a remote position, with a Seattle, Washington base.
Role Overview
Content drives distribution for entrepreneurs, operators, and businesses, but current methods for producing high-quality, insight-driven material are inefficient. The real bottleneck is not writing, but synthesizing scattered information from feeds, newsletters, podcasts, and articles. Without a structured approach, valuable insights are lost, publishing becomes inconsistent, and audience growth stalls.
FutureSight is building an AI-centric engine that transforms raw information into structured insights and ready-to-publish content. The platform ingests quality sources, extracts and organizes insights by theme, and generates drafts tailored to individual or brand voices. This streamlines the entire workflow from input to output.
This venture is not starting from zero. There is already a working product, active users, and real-time feedback to speed up iteration and market entry.
The CEO will help define a new category at the intersection of creator tools, artificial intelligence, and knowledge workflows, building a foundation for modern content generation for individuals and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition, starting with internal design partners and expanding to creators, teams, and agencies to validate retention and pricing.
- Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 of the platform.
- Lead the seed funding round in partnership with FutureSight’s initial investment.
- Recruit the founding team and establish a strong company culture.
