Negotiate payment arrangements that address customer needs while meeting company objectives.
Professionally handle customer queries, providing accurate information regarding account statuses and payment options.
Keep detailed records of all communications and actions regarding customer accounts.
Refer complex cases or high-risk accounts to the Senior Collections Advisor or Collections Supervisor/Manager as necessary.
Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction while optimizing collections performance.
Contribute to team training sessions and share best practices to foster a collaborative environment.
Achieve individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the collections team.
