This position is crucial for sustaining healthy cash flow and fostering positive relationships with our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants while ensuring their payment obligations are fulfilled.
- Diligently monitor and follow up on overdue accounts with respect and professionalism.
- Collaborate with tenants to effectively resolve payment issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Accurately document and track all communications, payment arrangements, and account statuses.
- Partner closely with the property management and accounting teams to achieve collection targets.
- Proactively engage with tenants to maximize collection rates and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in collections, property management, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle sensitive financial matters with utmost professionalism.
- Familiarity with Asana and AppFolio is advantageous.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
