Your Mission

As a Commercial Account Executive at UiPath, you will be primarily responsible for cultivating a strategically organized portfolio of clients across Türkiye. Engaging with decision-makers at all levels, including C-Suite executives, is essential.

You will join a dedicated and entrepreneurial team of high-energy software sales professionals who collaborate with innovators and business leaders to drive value and enhance processes through automation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets within quarterly timelines
  • Enhance UiPath's market presence by effectively presenting, promoting, and selling our solutions, becoming the face of UiPath in your territory
  • Foster trusted partnerships with local associates and global systems integrators to identify new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships within your territory
  • Collaborate with extended sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor our offerings accordingly

Your Qualifications

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across functions
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
