The Role
As the Commercial Customer Success Manager at Tavily, you will act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for our expanding portfolio of commercial clients. You will oversee the entire post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, ongoing adoption, renewal, and expansion, ensuring that customers consistently derive value from Tavily's AI-enhanced search platform.
This position requires managing a dynamic book of business, effectively balancing personalized engagement with scalable outreach strategies. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of how commercial customers utilize Tavily, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance adoption and drive growth. Additionally, you will represent this customer segment internally, contributing to the development of the product experience and self-service resources that facilitate their success.
